For durability in the field, we machined an emitter with fins as a one piece component.

 

 

Custom Emitters

The experimentation of single piece emitters in aircraft aluminium. Our experimentation in the CNC tooling of props would later lead us to the creation of master prototypes for Jango Fett and Zam Wesell weaponry.

 

 

Fashioned in 6061 grade aircraft aluminium. Including all the ports, fixtures, and knurled knobs.
This unit weighs in at about 6 pounds and features anchored custom metal parts that are
rooted into the saber hilt so they can't be swiped off.
